How long does a typical custom project take?

Timelines vary based on complexity and scale, but most commissions are completed within 6–10 weeks, including design approval, production, and firing stages. We provide a detailed schedule after our initial consultation.

How do payments and shipping work?

We issue an invoice outlining project milestones and corresponding payment dates. Once your pieces pass final quality checks, we arrange secure, insured shipping or local delivery to your preferred location.
